The Indian automobile industry is among the largest industries in the country and ranks fifth on a global scale. The industry has been undergoing a speedy transformation with new changes surfacing every day. In this perennially evolving industry, every company strives to offer products that appeal to a broad spectrum of customers. In view of this, the target segment of each brand often overlaps with its competitors. Consequently, companies often lose fractions of their market share to more competent companies with ever-changing customer inclination. From the onset of 2019, the industry dynamics were influenced by a series of external factors such as policy changes, increased taxes, higher interest rates, fuel price hikes and legal rulings that impacted the customers buying behaviours and delayed their purchase decisions. As a result, a reduced number of people are investing in automobiles pushing the industry towards a slowdown. In the thick of this downturn, Kia Motors ventured into the industry with Kia Seltos. It managed to have explosive sales with the launch and was able to sustain these numbers. In November, Kia recorded 14,005 deliveries, which is even higher than the sales figures of its rival product Hyundai Creta which recorded 10487 deliveries in January and the numbers have been declining ever since hitting a lowest of 635 deliveries. Other leading brands in the mix exhibited similar trends as Hyundai. This research investigates and analyses the factors that were catalytic to Kia’s successful entry and Kia’s rise to being one of the top five carmakers of India dominating the Mid-SUV segment. The objective of the study is to highlight the major elements that drive customer’s buying behaviour and to use them as a base to compare Kia’s products and services with that of its competitors. A thorough understanding of the factors that made the difference for Kia will help companies to improve their strategies, products and services.

The textile industries discharge millions of liters of dye containing effluent into the environment. The release of colored compound into water bodies is undesirable. Biodecolorization has been investigated as a method to decolorize and degrade azo dyes. In the present study, the potential Carbol fuchsin dye degrading bacteria were isolated from textile effluent samples. The most promising bacterial isolate was used for further studies. The B3 isolate showed maximum decolorization within 24 hrs. It was identified as Acinetobacter spp. And its optimum conditions for Carbol fuchsin decolorization was recorded as, PH 7, temp. 37?C, Glucose as carbon source, NH4Cl and peptone as a nitrogen source. The result suggest that the isolated organism, Acinetobacter spp. can be useful tool to treat waste water containing Carbol fuchsin dye.

The cooperative movement has been moving forward at its own pace for more than a century. Cooperative is people's free and reciprocal cooperation in a particular society. A cooperative society is autonomous organizations which are formed by collective will of different classes of individuals. It provokes to work collectively to meet financial, social, cultural needs and expectations of the backward people by which they become self reliant by uniting their human resources cooperatively. Cooperative is actually an organisation of the people, by the people and for the people of backward strata in society. By working together, trust, confidence, friendly coexistence and healthy environment and healthy culture begin to develop and help to accelerate the development of the society and the country. Although the concept of co-operatives is ancient, since its organizational form was revealed much later, the co-operative movement spread much later. The concept of co-operatives is an inherent aspect of human life which cannot be separated from life culture. The COVID-19 situation around the world has had an impact on every aspect of society, including handloom co-operative societies. Cooperatives are a symbol of unity COVID -19 this paper tries to find out how they are moving the cooperative movement forward with the goal of unity. The impact of COVID -19 on handloom co-operative societies in South Bengal's South Dinajpur district and its message for the future has been explored.

Lake water elevation changes seasonally example that, high in the soaked summer and low in the dried out winter with sharp falling/ rising limbs through typhoon events, but not in a straightforward periodic mode except for the seiche oscillation that occurs mostly in huge lakes. Effectual forecasting tools play an significant role in the studies of lakes level measures. Hence it is the vital research area. In this paper we have proposed the use of ensemble machine learning classification because, dataset is of heterogenous in nature, so one classifier cannot achieve desirable accuracy. In proposed prediction model dataset is divided into subset and boosting (Adaboost) applied to get accurate classifier. Proposed method achieved average accuracy as 98%
