 Abstract

On a national and international basis, India has been the top producer and consumer of dairy products. Business enterprises depend on finance to survive. The goal of the commercial enterprise can be accomplished with the aid of efficient financial management. Comparing the financial results of a few dairy units in Gujarat and Punjab is the study's major goal. The profitability ratio analysis and an independent sample t-test were used in the research study, which was carried out utilizing a non-convenient probability sampling and secondary data obtained from the annual report of selected dairy units in Gujarat and Punjab. The average lowest net profit margin and return on assets ratio were acquired by the Dudhdhara and Gurdaspur whereas the lowest return on capital employed ratio was gained by the Banas, Bathinda, Gurdaspur and Sangrur. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the profitability ratio of the selected dairy units in Gujarat and Punjab.

 Abstract

This research paper delves into the intersection of environmental sustainability and economic viability within the context of agripreneurship in India. As the agricultural landscape faces increasing challenges related to climate change, resource depletion, and market dynamics, a critical examination of sustainable practices becomes imperative. This study analyzes the environmental impact of agripreneurial activities alongside their economic feasibility. Through this, the study identifies key sustainable agripreneurial practices adopted by farmers across diverse regions in India. These practices encompass organic farming, water conservation techniques, and eco-friendly pest management strategies. The paper explores the economic implications of these practices, investigating their influence on yields, input costs, and market access for agripreneurs. Furthermore, the study examines the role of government policies and support mechanisms in incentivizing sustainable agripreneurship. It evaluates existing initiatives and proposes recommendations for policy enhancements that foster a synergistic relationship between environmental conservation and economic prosperity. By bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical applications, this research contributes to a nuanced understanding of sustainable agripreneurship in the Indian context. The findings aim to guide policymakers, agripreneurs, and stakeholders toward strategies that not only ensure the resilience of Indian agriculture in the face of environmental challenges but also promote a thriving economic landscape for agripreneurs.

 Abstract

Green marketing is the marketing of products that are presumed to be environmentally preferable to others. Thus, green marketing incorporates a broad range of activities, including product modification, changes to the production process, sustainable packaging, as well as modifying advertising. Yet defining green marketing is not a simple task where several meanings intersect and contradict each other; an example of this will be the existence of varying social, So on combing of both the words green marketing means selling of the products and services those are environment friendly. But for green marketing we need to spread awareness in the market as well as in customers because if green marketing is accepted widely than our problem of global warming etc. were automatically reduced and the ecosystem should be in its proper cycle. The study found that green finance and technological innovations effectively reduce the ecological footprint by 0.38,% and 0.95%, respectively, and could help achieve a sustainable environment. However, economic complexity and political risk upsurge the ecological footprint by 0.95% and 0.98%, respectively, in the selected countries. Finally, depending on the empirical outputs, this paper suggested that governments should take action to reduce carbon footprints and protect the environment by investing in green finance projects, promoting economic diversity and technological sophistication, and creating a stable political environment. In green marketing there are many different activities and efforts were performed to making a product which was completely environment friendly. Also because of awareness about green marketing our society and are customer both were having a positive attitude towards a green lifestyle.

 Abstract

Participants, regulators, controllers and other stakeholders of Capital market demanding transparent dimension and exposure of financially applicable Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) pitfalls. The divergent approaches and pretensions of sustainability norms and fabrics hang adding greenwashing, which encompasses a variety of conditioning that exaggerate and misrepresent "green" credentials. Traditional financial reporting is regulated, commanded, and needed to meet qualitative characteristics; Applicability, trustability, community, felicitousness and impenetrability. still, ESG reporting is problematic as the quality of reporting doesn't meet the criteria. ESG reporting is limited in utmost corridor of theworld.A comprehensive frame is demanded to avoid fragmentation, insure better community and translucency and reduce the complexity of ESG information, which could reduce the threat of so- called ESG information.

 Abstract

Every corner of the world faces problems of environmental issues and climate change. Corporate sectors play a vital role in deploying the environment and natural resources in different ways. In this regard, numerous laws have been implemented by the government in favor of environmental protection and climate change and it became mandatory for the corporate sectors to disclose environment-related information in annual reports. As the Big 4 audit firms seek to make significant in-roads into the market for climate change and sustainability services. Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young, and Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG) are the world's four largest audit firms. For this study sample has been selected from NSE and BSE listed companies in Gujarat. For their environmental disclosures, a content analysis of the corporate annual reports of 40 companies over a six-year period from 2016 to 2021 was chosen.  Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the ability of machines to do tasks like speech recognition, decision-making, and experiential learning that are traditionally performed by humans. Businesses can analyse massive amounts of data to find trends and insights that might otherwise go unnoticed by human analysis by creating computer programs and algorithms for AI. AI's widespread impact is changing how companies run and the services they provide. Artificial Intelligence is improving our lives in terms of efficiency and convenience with innovations like chatbots and self-driving cars. Consequently, investing in India's top artificial intelligence stocks offers bright growth opportunities. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with the potential to revolutionize various industries, ranging from healthcare and finance to transportation and manufacturing. Indian stock market celebrated an extraordinary year as some of the country's buzziest tech firms made their public debuts.

 Abstract

Teenagers' information consumption is heavily influenced by film actors, particularly in the digital age. This study explores the impact of famous actors on teenagers' specific purchases and activities. Using a survey of 15-18 year olds, we investigate their media habits, favorite actors, and engagement with those actors' works. Results reveal a significant influence, with teenagers more likely to engage with information, watch content, and even make purchases based on admired actors. This highlights the potential for positive and negative consequences of actors' influence on teenagers' information diet and real-life choices. Further research is needed to understand the full scope and implications of this influence.
